Cancellation Policy

At Ganapati Industries, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID.

2. Cancellation Request Process
To cancel an order, contact us via email at ganapativastram@gmail.com or phone at +91 90300 00088. Cancellation requests will be reviewed and confirmed by our team.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be initiated. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Orders that have already been shipped or delivered, customized or made-to-order products (if applicable), and orders placed during special sales or promotional events (if mentioned) are not eligible for cancellation.

5. Cancellation by Ganapati Industries
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or incomplete or incorrect customer information. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
