We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

6. Delays & Exceptions
Ganapati Industries is not responsible for delays caused by courier partner issues, natural disasters, unforeseen events, or incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts may be reshipped with additional shipping charges.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos or videos of the package and product. We will review the issue and assist as per our policy.
